Te Kōrero o |Tinana by Tasha| The reason why
Tinana by Tasha was created as a safe space and a pathway for people wanting to reconnect with their bodies. It’s a journey rooted in love for movement, body wisdom, and Indigenous values. It is also a personal passion project where I am reconnecting to my roots through te reo Māori, so week by week I will be trying to incorporate more. Bear with me. This kaupapa was born from a desire to weave together body awareness, Māori worldview, and the strength of community. Through gentle movement, expansion of mind and body, we return to our source — to body, to spirit, to whānau. This journey was started by Tasha, with a deep passion for helping others feel, understand, and come home to their own tinana
