My Story
Natasha Rapata – Pilates Instructor & Founder of Tinana by Tasha
Natasha Rapata is a highly experienced Pilates instructor from London with over seven years in the industry, having worked in some of the most prestigious environments—from collaborating with leading physiotherapists in Mayfair, to teaching at Nobu Pilates, and even delivering mat work classes at Buckingham Palace. Her international journey has since brought her to Sydney, where she teaches in some of the city’s most elite studios and also serves as a Visiting Practitioner with Six Senses.
Holding a BA in Philosophy, Natasha brings a thoughtful, integrative approach to her work. She specialises in working with clients who experience hypermobility and ADHD, helping them find strength, stability, and balance through Pilates. Her passion lies in supporting people whose nervous systems often feel overstimulated or dysregulated—using Pilates to create structure and control, and blending it with sound healing and meditation to bring calm and focus.
Natasha Rapata is a fully comprehensive Pilates instructor, trained across all apparatus—including Matwork, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Spine Corrector. With a deep commitment to the classical method, she was trained under the guidance of Alan Herdman, one of the pioneers who first introduced Pilates to the UK. This lineage ensures her teaching is rooted in precision, integrity, and an understanding of Pilates as both a rehabilitative and strengthening discipline.
Alongside her Pilates expertise, Natasha is also trained in Emsculpt, an advanced technology that uses high-intensity focused electromagnetic energy (HIFEM) to stimulate supramaximal muscle contractions. This non-invasive method builds muscle, reduces fat, and accelerates recovery—making it a powerful complement to her Pilates practice, especially for clients seeking core strength, post-rehabilitation support, or enhanced performance.
Natasha’s style is defined by her focus on rehabilitation, strength, and hypermobility. She has a special passion for guiding hypermobile clients towards stability and control, helping them move safely without sacrificing freedom. Her sessions combine clinical precision with empowering progression, whether the goal is injury recovery, nervous system regulation, or building deep functional strength.
Through her brand, Tinana by Tasha, Natasha combines Pilates, sound healing, and breathwork to guide clients into a deeper connection with their bodies. Her unique sessions are designed not only to build physical strength, but also to regulate the nervous system, enhance focus, and cultivate lasting calm.
